Multidimensional Well-being
To what extent are people happy? How satisfied are they with their lives?
This research aims to study wellbeing at the individual, community, and national levels as a measure of societal inclusivity.
Traditionally, national strength was manifested by economic power, with economic output serving as a key indicator of a country's achievements.
However, it remains unclear whether people's actual happiness can be measured solely by economic metrics.
By developing a more comprehensive well-being index that incorporates people's perceptions and evaluations, we aim to explore pathways to an inclusive future.
This project will particularly examine wellbeing from the perspectives of gender and generation.
