Gender Equality in Japan and Germany – a comparison!
Gender equality is an important issue worldwide, but progress differs between countries. In Germany, women have strong legal rights, good access to work and childcare, and rising representation in leadership, though pay gaps still exist. In Japan, women are well educated and more active in the workforce, but traditional roles and limited childcare support slow progress, leaving fewer women in leadership positions. How can both countries learn from each other to reach Gender Equality?
